About Kimchi Factory

Though kimchi is well known in the U.S., PK Kimchi Factory began on the premise to give greater knowledge and varieties of kimchi to our community. We wanted to bring in Korean culture and tradition as we introduce our kimchi. As many Korean mothers and grandmothers painstakingly made kimchi for us with a lot of love, we want to put in the same effort and love as we make kimchi in our factory. We never rush — we handcraft one napa cabbage at a time.

Kimchi is not only meant to be eaten as a side dish (banchan) with rice. From kimchi pancakes to kimchi spaghetti, let your imagination run free when preparing your next dish.”
